Self-defence meets mixed martial arts

The self-defence and mixed martial arts organisation that I'm an instructor in asked me to build them a website giving some history, techniques and information on classes.

The main design and implementation was actually done in a few hours, mostly due to the fact that an article about us in Arena magazine was being published an month early and we needed some info up quickly.
