If you haven't heard about it, then basically,

175+ cities around the world will be hosting Twestivals which bring together Twitter communities for an evening of fun and to raise money and awareness for charity: water.

This will be my first Twestival, and I'm looking forward to it, despite being slightly hungover from the Carsonified meetup last night.
